Our Technology Department was created to address a huge gap in the competent delivery of specific Technical Services in Kenya. Unfortunately, there is a low rate of Consumer Satisfaction in the area, mostly by lack of successful completion of work and no timely (or nonexistent) follow-up on Customer Requests and Complaints.

We have contracted an award winning, internationally experienced Consulting Manager to guarantee that our competencies mandatory follow high-end markets standards on Technical Delivery and Customer Satisfaction; with two major achievements in Kenya: 2017 Excellent Team for Technical Delivery and, Best 2018 NPS Score (Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Measure). The team has an average work experience of over 10 years in the relevant technologies.
